Ben Franklin responded quickly to my sewer line emergency. They were out same day; allowed me to sign up for a discount on the work through membership (even though I hadn’t done business with them before). They were very transparent with explaining the whole process. I ended up needing a patch repair for my sewer line; which they completely the next day. Super happy with Sergio and the team. Thanks for getting my drainage line back up and running quickly!

Chris did a great job replacing our water softener. The whole process was very easy and quick. Arrived at 11:10 and total install was completed at 1:30. This included a trip to pick up the water softener and parts. We joined the yearly program and had our water heater flushed as well. Everything was hauled away and left very neat. Brett gave a after install walk thru Very pleased to have this fixed in less than 24 hours from scheduling to completion .

I was contacted as soon as I had left a message. Ryan was our technician to replace our well pump the very next day as per my request. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan's a very nice man to speak with and he help us understand everything that would be fixed and the warranty that came with it. His partner, Gunnar, was very polite too. Had trouble with my Daikin Central air unit. Tech Eric Emory was sent to our location. He was amazing, professional, honest, and very skilled. He knew his craft.

I had an emergency water leak issue to be fixed. We didn’t have water at home because it was shut by the town. Benjamin Franklin was very responsive and sent someone to check quickly. Although it was an extensive work to replace all the pipes underground, they quickly resolved the issue and we had water. Great work and friendly staff. I recommend to anyone who needs timely and high Quality work done.

After working on this vanity for four months, trying to figure it out on the plumbing I gave up. I had Chris Lang Out to my house to install plumbing to my vanity. He did a wonderful job. His customer service was excellent and he was very pleasant.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing this morning to replace 3 of my bathroom faucets. (I had originally had the appointment scheduled yesterday with Roto-rooter, but the technician, Manny was a no show and no call.). BF Plumbing was able to get a technician, Chris scheduled to come this morning at 10:30. Chris was so professional; he did an exceptional job and completed the replacements in a timely manner. On the phone prior to the appointment, I had told Chris he needed to be finished by 12:45 in the afternoon. He finished with a couple minutes to spare. I will definitely request Chris on my next plumbing project. 👍 👍
